Like a lot of our client’s John from Paisley wanted to improve the overall look of his house which was looking very old and in need of repairs. A new roof was required and full roughcasting applied to all exterior walls. All painting was finished off in the new roof matching grey colour and overall the final transformation as you will see below is night and day and the difference to the house is amazing!
Ian’s roof was leaking with broken tiles and old waterproofing in place that wasn’t not up to the job of our fine Scottsh weather! He asked about our roughtcasting service too as his house was in need of a upgrade. We fixed all the issues with the roof and walls, and set about putting our plan into action for Ian.
We striped the roof right back to the bare timbers. Replaced a few rotten beams then we would install our Marley weather proof underlay. Lined with beams we then got to work on adding the new roof tiles to the house. The roughcasting was completed too at the same time to give the house a new look. All finished off brickwork was then painted in matching roof colour and we are sure you will agree the overall final outcome is amazing. The customer was deligthed with everything when completed and says he now lives in a brand new house!
