Like a lot of our clients, Joe from Paisley in Glasgow wanted to upgrade his roof. A new roof was required and fresh roughcast applied. to the chimney. Once the work was complete, the house was completely transformed by a simple upgrade of the roof materials.
This customer felt his roof was looking old and in poor condition. He wanted to get his roof upgraded in the hope it would help freshen up the look of his house overall.
We stripped the roof right back to the bare timbers. Replaced a few rotten beams then we installed a full Marley weatherproof underlay lined with beams. Next, we removed the old, deteriorating roughcast from the chimney and applied a fresh new coat. We also added new chimney pots. Then, we got to work on adding the new roof tiles to the house. For this, we used a full Marley system. All finished off brickwork was then painted in matching roof colour and we are sure you will agree the overall final outcome is amazing. The customer was delighted with everything when completed!
