My roof is leaking really badly, what are the first steps I should take?
Contact us immediately and we can send out an expert who will access the damage and what actions to take to mitigate the damage in the short term, we will then arrange with you to repair your roof as quickly as we can.

I am considering a new roof, how quickly could you do the job for me?
This depends on our current work load and the size and style of the new roof, but we pride ourselves in the quality and efficiency of our work. All our staff are fully trained and have multiple years of on the job experience.

Do I need planing Permission for a new roof?
It’s very unlikely that you will need planing permission for a new roof. However if you stay in a listed building or in conservation area then it might be the case that planing permission will be needed. We will advise you during our site survey if you need to take any action.

How much will it cost me for you to repair my roof?
The costs can vary greatly depending on a number of factors such as roof size, the scope of the damage, the nature of the damage, the age of the roof etc. The best thing to do is contact us and we can come out to your property and offer you a free no obligation quote.

Can I claim the cost of repairs on my house insurance.
Again, this is hard to answer as it needs to be considered on a case by case basis and depends on what type of insurance cover you have in place. We would advise you to contact your insurance company in the first instance.

Do you offer a guarantee on work carried out?

My roof is leaking, will it need to be fully replaced?
We will be able to answer this after a quick site survey, if we feel the roof can be replaced to a high standard then that is what we will advise, we do not try and up-sell our customers into contracting us for a whole new roof if it isn’t needed.

How long can I expect my new roof to last?
As a general rule most new roofs can be expected to last up to 20 years and depending on the materials used (slate, tile, metal etc) this can be even longer.

Will my new roof or repaired roof be waterproof and will water run off into my gutters?
Yes, your new roof will be 100% waterproof and we ensure that the run off is safely managed so that it flows into your gutter system, meaning you don’t need to worry about a leaky roof or standing water ever again!
